Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy: We enforce a 15 day return policy, and we offer exchanges and merchandise credits only.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds, for any reason!
Opened & Used Items: Any opened, used items will not qualify for a exchange. The item must be returned in a re-sellable condition. Any items broken upon return to us will not be accepted, so please be sure to re-package the items carefully.
RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization): To begin a the return/exchange process you must first contact us, via phone for a RMA # within 3 days of receiving damaged item(s). Once you have been given your RMA # you must return the item to us with this number on the outside of the package. If there is no RMA number attached, your item will be refused, and returned to you. The package must also be post marked with a date that falls within our 15 day return policy period or it will be refused. All items are accepted for returns at your shipping expense. If you are simply unhappy with the product, and it is unopened, and unused, or in its original condition, you may ship it back for a merchandise credit less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non refundable. If the item does not function as advertised, you may call us to obtain an RMA, and ship the item back to us, at your expense. We will ship you a new item at our expense plus we always add a gift to compensate our customers for the return shipping fee.
Damaged In Transit: For all items damaged in transit you must file a claim with the USPS, if insurance was not purchased, no recourse is available.
Shipping & Handling: All merchandise is shipped via the United States Postal Service, this includes all international orders. Also, we pride our self on quality packaging to ensure little, or no breakage!
Clearance Items: All Sales On Clearance Items Are final!
International Orders (all orders mailed outside the USA):Absolutely no refunds or warranty regardless of reason, please see our detailed international order requirements. All risk is assumed by the customer!

We offer absolutely no warranty on any items outside the USA, we also do not guarantee delivery on any orders outside the USA.
It’s unfortunate that we have to deal with international orders in this way, however, due to the fact that there is a lot of corruption when dealing with international transactions, we must follow the protocols listed below.
First, please be sure to use the website to determine shipping costs with the shipping calculator. To do this you must place your items in your cart then proceed to check out. You may need to login or register to access the shipping screen.

We are not familiar with your local laws, or delivery reliability; therefore, we can not guarantee delivery.
Only 3 types of payment will be accepted on international orders, regardless of the order amount.
1) Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express: We will accept Visa and Mastercard on international orders, however, the ship to address must match the name and address printed on the credit card, used to complete the transaction. If they do not match your order will not be processed, and you will be refunded minus a 3% transaction fee.
2) Mailed Money Order: All money orders must be U.S. Postal Service Money Orders, if not, all other money orders must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. Bank. If the money order is not drawn on a U.S. Bank, it will not be accepted due to the excessive conversion rate.
3) Electronic Checks: We are accepting e-checks. Most e-checks take 3-7 days to clear your account, all e-checks must clear your account before we can process your order.
All credit cards, and banks on which funds are drawn will reflect a purchase from BuyToyGuns.com Please be aware of this, and always keep a copy of your receipt for your records. All international orders will be mailed with insurance, and tracking, however if the package does not make it to its destination FOR WHATEVER REASON, the order will not be refunded. All items are inspected and tested to the best of our ability. If any items are missing or the package is damaged during transit, or found to be defective, or anything else wrong, we will not refund or replace any items. The package is insured, and the customer is responsible for placing a claim with the postal service.
